Professional Background
Gavin M Cooper graduated from Colorado Institute of Art, Culinary Arts and Hospitality program. Afterwards he spent the next 6 years working in restaurants, hotels and resorts learning the trade and some years later opening and owning his own restaurant.
After leaving the hospitality industry Gavin worked for 14 years in the retail auto industry as a salesman, subprime finance manager and later was promoted to Sales & Leasing Manager for a prominent Arizona auto group in charge of closing deals, structuring deals and loans based on lender requirements, hiring, training and inventory management. This experience has provided Gavin strong negotiation skills.
Gavin believes customer service and building relationships hold the utmost priority in the real estate industry and works diligently each day to make that happen.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, Central Arizona CCIM Chapter, and the West Valley Commercial Real Estate Group.
