Growing up outside of Philadelphia, Balzano fell in love with the variety of architecture styles on display. Her career path led her to Arizona where she formed her own firm, Bar Napkin Productions, which she founded with her partner and husband Jeffrey Rausch. She spoke to the Business Journal about what it’s like working with her spouse, and how her love of travel is reflected in her work.
