The firm’s most notable transaction was the lease of the final space in the Gateway Office Park Building A, a ±4,740 SF office building located at 10320 W McDowell Road in Avondale. The lease for the last available space was fully executed on October 30, 2015. The owners of this building awarded Phoenix West Commercial, LLC a six-month listing agreement on this building and Bobbie Lorraine Mastracci, CCIM, designated broker, was able to fully lease the entire building within that time frame!
