Please note: this is a commission only position. Agents in our firm are independent contractors.

Job Duties:

  • Help clients buy and sell or lease real estate to meet their specific objectives
  • Research and analyze the value of real estate properties
  • Manage transactions from start to finish
  • Prospecting
  • Presenting proposals
  • Negotiating
  • Closing deals
  • Marketing listings
  • Fulfilling all obligations to AZDRE for licensing and real estate files

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of commercial leasing/sales experience
  • Real estate license in Arizona in good standing and active
  • Strong leadership qualities and work ethic with the ability to multi-task on several projects
  • Team player
  • Entrepreneurial
  • High morals and integrity
  • Must possess and exhibit exemplary interpersonal and salesmanship skills
  • Strong financial aptitude
  • CCIM or SIOR designations a plus, but not mandatory

Requirements:

The individual who qualifies for this position will be an aggressive and ambitious entrepreneur with business development and sales experience who is looking to build his or her own business under the Phoenix West Commercial, LLC brand. The most successful agents have proven to be coachable, persistent, goal oriented, and understand the importance of business planning, prospecting, and developing and maintaining client relationships.
