After never really living up to its potential, Mesa’s downtown is finally seeing a major revival. A growing number of restaurateurs and entrepreneurs are setting up shop in the downtown area while organizations such as Arizona State University and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have made major commitments and investments in the area.
