The developer sees a need for warehouse space from vendors that support the semiconductor, electric vehicle, data center, manufacturing companies that are setting up shop in Arizona. Specifically, the developer told the Business Journal that he sees a growing demand for free-standing buildings less than 50,000 square feet in size.
